The BCC02 is an excellent all-rounder. It's quiet and efficient, and provides excellent value for money with its current price of PS499. Its only real flaw is that it does not provide the same level of customisation as other bean-to-cup machines that we have tested. It has a pump that is 15 bars rather than the standard 19 bars. This is not enough for producing top-quality espressos. But other than that, this is a fantastic bean to cup machine for those who like their coffee strong and black. The Barista TS Smart has a range of features that differentiate it from the competition. Its most distinctive feature could be that it can now be controlled from your smartphone via the Melitta Connect App. This lets you alter settings and dispensing different coffee recipes that are stored in the machine itself.
